Building Surveying & Project Management

Commercially we offer pre-acquisition Building Survey reports to freehold owners and pre-lease reports to tenants as well as acting for both landlords and tenants during Dilapidations protocol.
We deal with Party Wall matters both commercially and on a residential level, our Party Wall Surveyors act for both building owners and adjoing owners, serving Party Wall notices and advising adjoining owners who have recieved a notice.
